Train up to 4x a week for one flat rate of 399.00 plus tax.
45minutes sessions consisting of strength and conditioning.
Note these do not include formal take home programs or nutritional component.
Monday 1pm to 5pm
Tuesday 8am to 5pm
Wednesday 8am to 5pm
Thursday 8am to 5pm
...with the last session beginning at 415pm
No training April 8 or 9.
Up to 4 time slots can be booked weekly, however must be done in advance.
All sessions are run out of District Fitness 1751 Broad St. Regina.
